The MEUs (Main Electronic Units) were delivered and integrated with the PLATO instrument.
In May the MEU FM was deliverd to OHB (prime of PLATO Mission) in Germany (Oberpfaffenhofen).
The second MEU unit, MEU PFM was delivered in June 2025.
Now all the instrument is now together with the spacecraft and ready to be tested.
The IAA PLATO team attended the AstroRob 25 meeting: a forum where engineers and scientists presented their work on robotic telescopes.
The IAA MEU team gave a talk and presented a poster describing PLATO's MEU mission.
The AstroRob2025 Proceedings will be published, in a special issue of the ¨Revista Mexicana de Astronomái y Astrofísica Conference Series, in 2026.
IAA PLATO team attended to the RIA-Tec2Space meeting, which is the forum where engineers and scientists can present their work to the Spanish astronomic community.
The MEU team from IAA presented the MEU Poster (full resolution) describing the actual work of the MEU in PLATO mission.
